Bloc Party are back with the second single from latest album ‘Intimacy’ and it’s a corker.
Bloc Party are my favourite band and with tunes like this is not hard to see why. Kele’s unique vocals bring a touch of quality to everything they release. With Bloc Party’s patented funky guitar riffs and indie-electro crossover this single almost hits the heady heights of the majestic Flux. Will it chart high? Probably not when our country insists on buying shit like this but frankly, who cares. I’m also glad they’ve gone in a different direction for the video. Last single Mercury had a really disturbing promo and here we get Kele running round with no top on Don’t objectify him.
